July 25-Feast Day of St. James & Christopher

I missed blogging for a few days. Last Friday, July 25 was the feast day of St. James the Greater. He died around 42 & is the patron Saint of Spain & laborers/workers. It was also the feast day of St. Christopher who died in 250 & is the patron of travelers. I did have a safe trip to & from Dallas with a close call; a tire in the middle of the highway when I was about to pass a car & an 18 wheeler in the lane I would have passed into. Yikes! Thank you St. Christopher for your prayers & thank you my Guardian Angel!

Born-1828. A monk & priest of the Lebanese Maronite Order in Annaya, Lebanon. Lived the life of a hermit. Died-1898.

St.Bridget of Sweden Feast Day-July 23

Santa Brigida Chiesa in Rome. Church in honor of St. Bridget of Sweden.
Born 1303, mother of 8, widowed, moved to Rome. Wrote about her mystical visions. Died 1373. Feast Day - July 23
